These terms cover how you use this site (the90code.com) and the content on it. By using the site, you're agreeing to these terms.
The site and its content
This site exists to share The 90% Code — the book, the frameworks, and the work surrounding it. The content here, including text, images, illustrations, downloadable assets (including the Field Guide), frameworks, and the Canvases, is created by Sonali Sharma and protected by copyright.
What you can do with it:
Read, share, and discuss the ideas freely
Quote short passages with attribution
Use the Field Guide and (once released) the Canvases in your own organization with credit to The 90% Code
What you can't do without permission:
Reproduce substantial portions of the book, illustrations, or written content
Use the frameworks or Canvases as the basis for paid consulting, training, or certification offerings
Remove or alter attribution
If you want to use the work in a way that goes beyond the above, get in touch — most reasonable requests get a yes.
Downloadable resources
The Field Guide is free to download and free to share with credit. The Canvases will be released alongside the book in October 2026 under the same terms.
Orders and pre-orders
Books purchased through this site are charged at the time the order is placed.
Pre-orders for The 90% Code are expected to begin shipping in October 2026. Shipping dates are estimates and may change because of printing, production, carrier, customs, or other delays outside our reasonable control.
If there is a material delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
Prices shown on the site are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping and international orders
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by their country. Unless specifically stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, postal services, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment.
Returns, replacements, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock issue, or other circumstance that prevents us from reasonably fulfilling the order.
Contact forms and inquiries
When you submit an inquiry through a contact form, you're starting a conversation, not entering a contract. Submission doesn't guarantee a response, a booking, or a working relationship. Speaking, workshop, and Lab engagements are confirmed through separate written agreements.

The site may link to external websites, articles, or resources. We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data. When you click an external link, their terms and privacy policies apply.

We do our best to keep information on the site accurate and current. But we can't guarantee that everything is correct at all times, and we may update content without notice. The site is provided "as is" without warranties.
The ideas, frameworks, and recommendations shared here are for general thinking and learning. They're not personalized advice for your specific organization or situation. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
